Well, it’s been awhile since I have written and now for the past 30 minutes I have been reading my past posts.  Some are quite depressing! Wow.  But, it was where I was at-it’s good to look back and remember where you use to be.  And thank God, we are all works in progress! And then I read my first post about why I started this blog in the first place.  That’s right, I started this all as practice.  My open rough drafts that I allow you to read 🙂 So now, I will finally write another post!

So let us rehearse it all again.  Let us remind ourselves of His goodness, His crazy love, His amazing virtues and attributes.  Go over it all again.  Remind yourself of the Truth.  Don’t you dare go back to how you use to think.

He is not finished you! He is good.  He has great things in store for you.  Your best days are ahead. He got you this far-He can be trusted to take you the rest of the way.  If He was going to leave you, He would have left you when it was the hardest-2,000 years ago, dying on a cross.  He could have given up then.  But He didn’t and He won’t.  He started a good work in you and He is faithful enough to complete what He started. He knows your beginning and your end.  You don’t see all the things that He is putting into place to make sure you get to where you are suppose to be.  God Almighty has no need for sleep so He has plenty of time to do what needs to be done-To do what you can’t do yourself. As long as you have breath in your body, then you still have things to do, still have battles to fight, still have grace to experience, still have races to run.

The other week I was meeting some friends at the Bellevue Park on a Saturday morning.  I was running late as I pulled into the parking lot that was obviously full. I have a habit of asking God for parking spots (along with other things) nothing is too small!  He loves to be involved in the details of our lives.

That day, however, I had no faith.  I said “God, I need a parking spot but I have absolutely NO faith whatsoever that you will provide one for me though.  None. So, I’m not asking.”  And about 15 seconds after declaring my doubts and unbelief, a car pulled out of it’s spot and I pulled in.

Really?! Even in my doubt, unbelief and frustration He still provides?!

Yep.  Because He is just that good.  He really is gooder than you think.
